Shombit is a Strategic Poker himself. One day he turned up in my office and asked me to paint. He brought the canvas and paints. He gave a shocking experience to everyone around there.

Shombit is a very rare kind of guy. I have been struck by his very out-of-the-box way of looking at things. Shombit comes up with very outlandish ideas that give a big shock, and organizations initially reject them instantly as most fear taking the risk. But for organizations like Danone, Marico among others who believed in Shombit’s ideas and have taken the risk, it has paid them well in terms of business returns.

I think what Shombit does instantaneously pokes, because he produces a different angle which organizations consider risky to take forward. But those who went ahead with his ideas have succeeded.
